Role

Jayne is a Senior Lecturer on the Professional Science courses. She is Assessment Manager for the BA Primary Education and Teaching route.

Experience

Jayne has taught in local primary schools for several years before working with the University as an Associate lecturer. Since joining the University full-time Jayne has coordinated core science and science subject modules for the BA Primary Education and Teaching and PGCE routes. She holds an MA in Education.

Interests

Jayne has research interests in the use of Environmental Areas within School Grounds. Along with her colleague Duncan Reavey she has recently had work on Differentiation in University Teacher Training published www.http://escalate.ac.uk/4335
