Jane is the Faculty Partnership Learning Manager

Experience

Jane taught Mathematics across the 11-16 age range in a West Sussex school for 14 years. In this time she also held the posts of Head of Year and Professional Tutor. The latter of these involved her supporting the development of students, NQTs and established staff.

Interests

Jane has a particular interest in the development of student teachers’ skills of pedagogy and practice in relation to the teaching of mathematics.

Jane holds a BSc(Hons) in Metallurgy, a PGCE in Secondary Mathematics and an MA in Education. She is a fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
