Personal Introduction

I have worked at Chichester since 1991 and have built up the Sport and Recreation Management routeway of the Sports Studies degree during that period. I am currently Deputy Head of the School and Subject leader for the BA Sports programmes. Before coming to the University I worked in two London borough leisure departments and in the Greater London and South East Sports Council where I held a number of management, planning and research posts. I have always been interested in recreational sport, particularly racquet sports and I currently enjoy occasional walking, cycling, sailing and surfing forays with the primary aim at this stage of maintaining fitness levels.

During this academic year I am responsible for all sport and fitness management related modules within the BA programmes.
