Personal Introduction

Welcome to my webpage. I have worked at the University of Chichester since March 2006 as Principal Lecturer and Field Leader in Sport & Exercise Psychology. My area of interest with Sport and Exercise Psychology is in Applied and Performance Sport Psychology. I am a BASES Accredited Sport Psychology consultant, and have worked with a range of sports at elite level, most latterly for ArcheryGB, and attended the 2008 Beijing Paralympic Games in that capacity. My research interests are predominantly in applied sport psychology practice. I am a keen runner and cyclist, and am continuing to enjoy competing in both as long as my body holds together!
