The purpose of the Research and Employer Engagement Office (REEO) is to support development, enterprise and innovation, and to enhance workforce skills by providing access to the facilities, knowledge and expertise of the University.
The University is committed to working closely with business and the community, offering support, opportunities and facilities to both organisations and individuals in the local community, business and public services.
We work with many local businesses and public sector organisations through:
- Student work placements and projects
- Research and consultancy by academic staff
- Training advice and delivery
