What is it like living in halls of residence at Chichester?

Our safe accommodation blocks are situated on both campuses. You can choose an en-suite room, which has its own toilet and shower, or a standard room where you will share bathroom facilities with other students. Meals are included in the price of your accommodation and served in the university dining hall.

Living in halls of residence gives you the opportunity to integrate with British students, and our students often form close friendships with their fellow room mates. If you like peace and quiet, this may not be the best option for you as British students are great socialisers, and you may find late night parties or loud music around the halls. However, if you are outgoing and like to meet lots of different people then this is the perfect choice for you!

What are the alternatives to living in Halls of Residence?

    • Homestay, which is living with a British family locally
    • Your other option is renting a flat or house, with other students

The Student Accommodation Co-ordinator will help you find the right type of accommodation to suit your needs.
