Unable to attend?

If you find that you are unable to attend the Ceremony, please could you let the Graduation Team know immediately.

Guest tickets are in high demand; if you are unable to attend we can re-allocate them to other students.

If you return any unwanted tickets to the Graduation Team by Friday 28 October 2011 we will refund the full cost of the tickets.

Extra tickets

If available, a payment of £13 per extra guest ticket will be requested with payments made by cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Visa Debit.

Car parking

The University of Chichester regrets it cannot provide car parking for Graduands and their guests. However, there are a number of car parks close to the Chichester Festival Theatre (where the ceremonies are held). A map of the public car parks in Chichester is provided with your Graduation Pack. You are advised to leave plenty of time to find a parking space.

Car parking for people with disabilities

Limited spaces will be available at the north end of the Northgate car park. Those with walking difficulties may be dropped off by the Theatre foyer prior to the driver finding a parking space. Parking by the foyer is not permitted.

Refreshments

Tea, coffee and other light refreshments will be available for purchase in the Foyer of the Festival Theatre and the Bar will also be open from 1100hrs each day.

Photographs

Northams Photography will be in the Steven Pimlott Building for official portrait graduation photos. An order form is contained in this Graduation Pack. You are advised to pre-order photography to avoid long queues on the day. To place your order visit www.wmnortham.co.uk or telephone 0870 2401852.

Please collect your gown a little earlier if you are using this service to avoid delays. Alternatively you can have your photographs taken after the Ceremony.
