Margaret Eva is Headteacher of Bourne Community College, a Specialist Languages College. Margaret is a Chichester graduate, gaining a first class B.Ed (Hons) and a MA (Ed) when the institution was accredited by the University of Southampton for taught degrees. She is a member of the Chartered Management Institute.

Margaret joined the Board of Governors in January 2005 and is a member of the Strategy and Resources Committee.
