Karen Velasco
BackKaren Velasco is a performance management consultant and managing director of PeopleSolve Ltd. She has worked in a variety of training, IT and management roles including 12 years as training, development and culture change manager with the Centrica group. Karen is a certified trainer of neuro–linguistic programming, an experience executive and life coach and facilitator.
Karen Velasco joined the University as a Governor in January 2002. She is a member of the Governors’ Strategy & Resources Committee and acts as the Link Governor with Information Services. She is also a director and Company Secretary of the British Learning Association and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and the Institute of IT Training.
