The one year BA (Hons) Adventure Facilitation and Education Degree provides an opportunity for students who have completed a Foundation Degree or HND in Adventure or Outdoor Education to study at level three and obtain an Honours degree. The flexible mode of delivery recognises that you are likely to be in employment, the course content draws on your existing knowledge and experience and develops the theory to practice links that are essential for an effective adventure facilitator. Foundation Degree in Adventure Education

The Foundation Degree in Adventure Education offers you an opportunity to acquire a range of academic theories and models that underpin the practical aspects of Adventure Education. Whilst in the workplace students will experience a variety of learning techniques, including work-related observations, essays, seminars, tutorials, residential experiences and distance learning. A successful completion of the Foundation Degree in Adventure Education may allow, subject to completion of a bridging course, entry onto the third year of an appropriate degree. Read more
