Overview

This resource has been developed by colleagues within Education at the University of Chichester to support all those working to develop the quality of our partnership. I hope it will be of practical use to school-based colleagues, student teachers from across our programmes and university tutors.
Your feedback on the School Partnership site and any suggestions you would like to make about how to improve it are most welcome, please email: Partnership@chi.ac.uk with any such comments.
The work that goes on across the partnership at both secondary and primary level was recently praised by Ofsted during the course of their last round of inspections of our provision (in 2006/7 and 2007/08). Such a positive outcome would not have been achieved without the vital contribution that school-based colleagues (Mentors, Professional Tutors, Class Teachers, Headteachers) make on a regular basis to the partnership. Your commitment to shaping, educating and training the next generation of teachers is much appreciated. I feel that the partnership we have built together is something of which we can all be justifiably proud; I hope that you also feel this way.
